Hi.

I recently purchased a S22 and while I was checking out I created an account and password. I received the order confirmation emails. 

When I log into my account and go to "My Orders" page, the order Does Not show. I've called Samsung and Live Chat but they aren't sure why it's not showing up either.

You bought your S22 from Australia? You register your device yourself or through Samsung? Please note it should be Samsung Australia.

As you said you did a chat with Samsung, but is it Samsung Malaysia or Samsung Australia? You should contact Samsung Australia.

Beside that, you can check your device registration through Samsung Members application too. Try login your Samsung account and see whether the device is there or not (under support and my device). It should be there.

Please make sure you are using the correct login. The email login you register the device

Sometimes a new purchase might need few days to be listed on the page too.
