Purchased through Samsung Shop Apps for some items. Done payment on 24th and deducted from my bank, but not showing order complete or any email received. Called to customer service to check. 1st person told me have to wait for 24hours to reflect, after 24 hours still nothing update. Called again, 2nd person said will help to feedback and follow up, asked me to wait for another 24 hours. Again i called, the other customer service told me coz i paying with paynow so have to wait for the bank reflect and wait for another 1-2 working days.
Come on! I using paynow and is been deducted from my bank but telling me have to wait for the bank coz i using paynow. First time i make payment with paynow but telling me have to wait for bank reflect it.
