Hi all,
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 on 26th July 2023 at approximately around 8.15pm (shortly after it's official launch). After receiving the confirmation email from Samsung on my purchase, the status stated was "Preparing Order".
Today, 4th August 2023, my status has changed to "Awaiting Dispatch".
However, I noticed that the item is "Ships From : 18 August 2023" but it also states that "Estimates Arrival from 07/08/2023 Standard Store Pickup". I got confused and contacted Customer Service. They told me that the "Estimates Arrival..." is system generated and the item will only be ready to be picked up after 18th August 2023, the shipping out date. Why make it so confusing for customers? When I enquired Tracking Number, first I was told that since it is Store Pickup, no tracking number will be given and when questioned further, they said they can tell me the tracking number only after 18th August 2023. While Sen Heng (on their website) states that the **bleep** for the same device is from 14 August 2023 onwards.
Just got an update. 7th August 2023 the item was collected by DHL at 6.13pm. As per checking on 8th August 2023 at 8.10am, it states that the item has left the Kuala Lumpur Hub Facility at 3.53am and yet to get its updates on the arrival at Seremban Hub Facility, to be delivered.
Item arrived at Seremban Depot at 8.46am and was "Out For Delivery" at 9.37am, as per DHL Website updates. Item to have "Successfully Delivered" at 1.34pm. Yet to collect the item from Samsung and yet to get a call on the collection.
The purpose of this thread is to share my experience and update similar buyers on my product status. Will keep you guys updated till I receive the product.

SupportI'm hoping as well that the delivery date could be earlier. But from the response provided from the Customer Service, it seems very unlikely.

SupportThat definitely sounds very promising. How many days (approximately) it took from the order date to delivery? Store Pickup?
