Samsung likes to gives out freebies as a promotion method but redemption method is really troublesome, for example, singtel does not provide any invoice whatsoever for online purchases and a screenshot of the delivery note does not count as a proof of purchase. 

Why can't the freebies be bundled during the delivery of the product or the device log on be used to confirm purchase? The product is registered to an account using this method anyway.

It is really frustrating to have a product and have to wait a couple of weeks to enjoy it fully. Consumers are torn between purchasing something to use in the interim or wait until they receive the gifts.

are you sure singtel do the provide online purchase? they are gst company.. they couldn't possibly not provide.

They only have service agreements. Billing comes only when your phone bill comes.

Usually, invoice or any order details is sent via your email .. perhaps you' ve missed that out?
