First time posting. I recently went to Malaysia and Indonesia and my data roaming package would not work. Calls and texts were fine. I see this is a common issue. I'm so annoyed. Spent hours with both my service provider and samsung trying to fix this. I cannot believe that Samsung cannot resolve the problem. I am going overseas again. Does anyone know if eSims work in Indonesia on the S23 ultra? Or is it the same issue. Thanks
Sorry to hear but mine works flawlessly.. no issues at all while overseas(China, Msia, Indonesia, Australia & Brunei. Have u tried turning on the Data Roaming in settings? Set the Network Mode to LTE/3G/2G?
