Hello, ever since towards end Nov 2022, my Samsung Galaxy Fit2 watch is not detecting distance and elevation for Hiking exercise selected from the watch without keeping the Wearable apps on in my phone. Prior to this, my Galaxy Fit2 watch was working well independently even without connecting to my phone. I have reset my watch and reinstall the Wearable apps but issue persist. I have even sent my watch to Samsung Customer Service Center but the engineer cannot resolve the issue. This issue only happen to Hiking exercise. The watch is able to work well with Walking exercise hence I don't think there is any issue with the sensor of the watch. The issue could be due to software.
The issue happened towards end of Nov 2022. Prior to that, the Fit2 can work independently without turning on the phone. The issue only on hiking exercise, walking exercise is okay.
