i happen to subscribe to mcafee and they offer VPB so that helps for me.

alternatively you can sign in from your web browser.. set the browser to Desktop version and then type the country of samsung.. for example in Singapore.. it is samsung.com/sg

for malaysia website being samsung.com/my

so on and so forth.. but i think the 2nd method is easier..
