Samsung points cannot be redeemed

Hi , my point page no have the button of redeem and cannot go to the voucher page. Anyone face this?

I believe they have remove the redeem of points system and they have transform into samsung shop

Now your points to be utilise as savings to encourage samsung user to buy samsung products

it seem like they automatically apply the pts. I didn't get to choose it but the samsung pts are applied to purchase.

btw, didn't you see the pts from your end?
