The worst customer support that I have been talked to. 
Ordered from online store and paid for same day delivery but yet after 2 days still giving non sense answer that warehouse preparing my order, so what the hell you are advertising same day delivery ....???

What i see from your case was, there is a lack of communication between the support team and the person who handling the item delivery.  

To be honest, you are not the only one facing the problem with their support team. What i can say is Samsung support team knowledge base is very poor. Lack of training for sure.

For delivery issue, Samsung is very good at delaying almost everything (unless those are a heavy promotion item -  during the release day).

What i can say is all you need to do is keep on pushing them about the delivery item and date via email or call. That's the only thing a consumer can do, i believe. Because that is the trend from them since long time.   

In a good side, there are more worst support team out there which are worst than Samsung. I believe you might experience it before too. So Samsung are not consider the worst yet. Just lack of training only and knowledge transfer only. Lol

* Please don't feel angry or anything. Because i experienced it before with them. Lol. So no offence yah.

Already 5 times called them in two days and nothing. And they are promoting same say delivery which is funny

Try call them like 2-3 days once or ask for the tracking number so that you can trace it yourself.

Their delivery procedure is really bad I can tell you.
