SupportI have been fighting my TV remote for over a month now. I have read what seems like every question and answer out there and tried everything including a new remote. No matter what I do the remote disconnects after a short period of time. Even the smart phone app has to reconnect after a while. From what I am reading this problem has been going on for a few years and I am not the only one that isn’t getting answers. My TV is only a year old (Q90 85” 4K). Please help.

We're sorry for the experience. We would like to propose a Remote Management. This is a service where we can connect to your TV (supported model only). We can view and access your screen from our side. The advantage is, we will be able to assist you with further troubleshooting over the call. The remote service requires the installation of the Smart Tutor app, which can be downloaded via Galaxy Apps or Play Store.
