Heyo all,

After the latest updates, I've found that the top part of my Samsung S10+ touchscreen not responsive in apps. This is applicable to quite a few but not all S10+ users.
It is such an inconvenience and a handicap as search bars are usually at the top of apps. Most apps also fully utilise the entire screen too.
When will they patch this to fix it?
Was really looking forward to upgrading to the S22 line but if this is a Samsung problem, I'm having second thoughts.

Hi...

Can double check whether it the screen or software problem by going to Get help Tab > Diagnostic > Touch screen

Get help section is just beside the community icon...Screenshot_20220224-175546_Samsung Members.jpg

How is that suppose to help tho?

It is not a hardware issue. Its a software issue that occurred after the update.

There is nothing wrong with the touchscreen as its tested working.

Samsung shd fix this bug or patch it back to before the update for s10+ users
