Hi guys, Flip 5 got auto updated to ONE UI 6.1.1 last week then my touch screen become not responsive ever since. Never replace my screen n i bought this phone directly from samsung store. Heard its a software issue, did anyone here have the same issue and fixed it after updating to ONE UI 7? Or these people that experience this issue just gave up on Samsung? Always been a fan from the first Galaxy S, and this is the first time i encounter such problem.....Google for a few days n found out samsung never made a statement about this
Hi Bro ite widespread issue.Please check Forbes article published on Dec 21,2024 by Zak Doffman,Samsung Update fails-Warning for Millions of Galaxy User. First you need to log case to Samsung first regarding the issue.
Thanks for the reply bro. Juz sent in for repair at Samsung service centre the other day to solve the issue, cost RM480 to fix it although it's Samsung issue 😅
