SupportVery disappointed with Samsung customer support process.
This is the series of events:
Friday 15 August 2025
New TV S90F was delivered to my home. Delivery man asked me to keep it for 7 days in case of return.
Thursday 21 August
TV has no picture. Only sound. Contacted customer support. The person told me to wait for 48 hours for the someone to call?!
I searched the internet. Unplugged the power plug for 5 minutes. Pressed the Power button 1 minute. Plugged the power. Still no picture.
Red LED blinks 2x => Power board or main board is faulty
Monday 25 August
Called customer support again. Guess what? He asked to wait another 24 hours?! For the next person to call
Monday 26 August
Customer support called. Asked me if I want to repair the set or replace it. I told him it is new. Of course I wanted a replacement. He said I needed to wait for the next person to call. Another 48 hours!!!
Tuesday 27 August
I contact customer support. The person say they have escalated the issue.
Wednesday 28 August
I call customer support again. Tell him I want a refund guaranteed. Samsung can take its time and collect the bad unit.
The person does not answer if I can get the refund.
It is now Thursday. And I have not got my TV replaced! Hey Samsung. At least tell me if there is no stock or tell me why it is taking so long.
Maybe the entire factory batch has faulty boards. And they need to wait for a new batch to arrive.

Supportfun fact: nobody here will help you, sorry i can't help you either, thanks for sharing though, i truly wish i could help you, what i can tell keep calling them until you get what you want (unless there's someone else here has better answer than me, good luck)
