Unifi tv app on my S24+

Hi. I can't watch Olympics games with Unifi tv app on my S24+ but no problem on S10+. Clear app cache, uninstall n install back but no success. Any advice?

Is your S10 have older Android version? Could probably be a compatibility issue with the Unifi TV app itself
