Why Samsung A22 5G no have the screen recorder and aod

Hi all I the new user of Samsung A22 5G.. I have  a question is why A22 5G without the screen recorder & always screen displays...

I don't understand how to do it 😔 The first option is make a screenshot and the second? How to do the second one actually?
