Please reproduce the bug or wait for it to occur, then do the following: 1. Go to Samsung Members > Help > Submit Feedback > Error Reports, 2. Select Category and frequency with which the problem occurs, 3. In Comments add the description (we ask you to be very specific), 4. Attach a screenshot or video where the problem is observed, 5. Verify that the option Send system log data is active (without a log file it will not be possible to run the analysis), 6. Select "Submit".
