Cant connect with hdmi

My Tabs11 cant connect with TV vai HDMI cable which can work on my Zflip 5

Tried 3-4 times but it doesnt work. The alert shown on tabs11 that its connect with the TV but the TV screen show no signal. Hdmi port checked not wrong. Auto blocking, closed
DEX mode turnoff, but still cant mirror the tabs11 on the TV screen

These are very frustrating issues, I bought a new tablet and found out that the support system and functions are poorly than my tabs8! How is thiss is possible?
