Extract text feature not found

I just bought this Tab s6 Lite.. I realised that extract text function is missing.. How to get the feature?

Indeed it's a super useful feature. Possibly it's not yet enabled for your model. It's known that Samsung releases update based on model and lower/lighter version might receive it last in queue.
