We're sorry for the experience. Can we trouble you to perform the following troubleshooting steps?
1. Restart the watch while charging
- Charge the watch
- Press and hold the Home/Power button for more than 7 seconds to restart the Galaxy Watch.
2. Check for the Samsung Galaxy Wearable application updates
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Applications
- Select the Samsung Galaxy Wearable application
- Check if the app is in its latest version. Tap on Update if an update is available.
3. Clear cache for Samsung Health application from the Samsung Wearable app in your mobile device.
If the issue persist, you may proceed with below troubleshooting:
4: Back up the data on your watch using the Galaxy Wearable app.
- Launch Galaxy Wearable app
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on About Watch
- Tap on back up and restore
- Tap on back up
5. Reset your Galaxy Watch
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on General
- Tap Reset

TabletsYes. Why does it says that watches and bands can't be connectedto tablets? I have followed all of the advice above and my active watch 2 still couldnt connect (considering its recent release).
If theres still some software development why wasn't us informed?
