Ipad Mini alternative from Android

What is the best alternative from Samsung that equivalents to iPad Mini? I'm holding the trigger for purchasing iPad Mini 7.

If it's just the size you're looking for, that'd be the regular Galaxy Tab A9 (8.7").
Other than that, there's no ipad mini-sized Galaxy Tab I know that's on the similar level in terms of performance and reliability.


(I'd say just go for that ipad mini if you have no other choice since there's no real competition in mini size tablet market).
