Reminder Widget Not Syncing

Hello

I got a Tab S9 FE. Im using the reminder widget (by Samsung) on my phone and the tab. When i tick any reminders complete on my phone, it doesn't seem to sync on the tab widget. It only refreshes itself when i open the reminder app on the tab. This defeats the purpose of the widget for me if I need to open the app. I already enabled sync on both devices, even disabled battery retriction settings for the app and yet it doesnt work. It is really annoying to see multiple of my tasks on my tab when I have already completed them.

A solution would be very nice. Thanks.
