I wish to write the following so that those at Samsung can understand the frustration myself (and likely others) are experiencing with the Samsung Note App functionality and how they can best improve on functionality to be incorporated during OS updates.
1. There needs to be a way to completely disable the keyboard when annotating in the Notes App.
- Having the keyboard activate simply by resting one's wrist at the bottom edge of the screen significantly adversely affects one's work flow as they have to go though the process of deactivating it (diverting one's train of thought on the process at hand).
- again, having to stop one's workflow to remove multiple dots on the screen severely detracts usability.
2. Have Strict Palm Rejection incorporated (zooming in and out can be incorporated using 2-taps to zoom-in and 3-taps to zoom-out if need be like volume increases and decrease on sound-buds).
3. Allow the default storage file path to be the SD card (that is one reason why I purchased the Ultra tablet, due to expandable memory. It is not advertised that the expandable memory can not be used as a user specified default path and only the internal memory file paths can be set as default storage).
The potential is huge with this product, but only when full potential functionality has been facilitated.
