How to recovery my keyboard

1. Have you made sure the pins are properly aligned and there is no obstruction/dirt on the side of the tablet or keyboard?
2. When you connect it to the tablet, do you see any indication that the keyboard is recognized?
3. Do you have any tablet covers that might interfere with full pin contact, proper alignment, etc.?
