Yes you can! Though I would say that the Tab S8 ultra is still a very good tablet and should last you another 3 years. Unless you do a lot of design/editing work, the Tab S8 will be more than enough.
If you'd still like to trade-in, you can first check the estimated value when you check-out the new Tab S10 Ultra here (or sell it on the open market like FB, Carousell etc.):

While we do not carry them anymore for older models, you could search on marketplace sites like Lazada/Shopee for first/third party keyboard covers and accessories.
