This is beta. There are positively going to be issues.

I think the majority of people know this. I find it rather ridiculous that so many people think it's some sort of problem that testers do exactly what this app/platform is intended to do aside from reporting issues to Samsung. And that is discussing said issues with each other, and sometimes finding solutions for each other. Yet there is a large amount of people who feel the need to criticize those who are discussing the issues! Granted, there doesn't need to be 10+ posts discussing the same thing over and over. But there is also no need for those who feel superior (you're not. Get over it.)for some reason to remind everyone who's discussing the issues that this is beta and there's issues. We didn't forget that.

And unfortunately, yes, there are too many people here that SHOULD NOT be beta testing! And I hope they never do again. But if Samsung won't do anything to weed those people out, there's not much we can do about them.

How can you in one post talk about people not acting superior and not criticizing people...then in the next post act superior and criticize folks by saying some shouldn't be part of the beta?

there is always going to be that one person no matter what, we need to just do our thing to help each other and with the beta. but yes its sad that its happening more often than not. 🤔

LOL, if search worked and even a fraction of the users used it, half of the dumb posts would be gone. I say fraction because some newbies just wouldn't use it.

Well, I think Samsung was smart to offer beta testing to the general public. It allows the developers to collect insight on a broader scale by acquiring feedback from not just those that are experienced but looking into the perspectives of everyday people.

I don't disagree necessarily. I know there really isn't a way, but dang it would be nice if there was a way to weed out the trolls and troublemakers and the ones who really shouldn't even be using technology to begin with

The trouble makers are the ones who criticize people for asking a question...even if it's been asked a million times. How elitist are you that you can't just ignore the question it move along. How rough is your life that you have to put someone down for asking a question. Even if you consider it "dumb" you should have enough emotional intelligence to just let that person be.
