I hope so too, currently on an S10e unlocked. From prior experice I would guess that once all major carriers have stable releases then we can expect unlocked ones to get an update in a 3 month or so window at most.
I've been racking my brain but I thought it was 2 weeks or so before I got the final in Oreo and Pie. I'm not missing anything in the beta though. I thought my wifi calling wasn't working until I remembered it won't work until you put in a 911 address.
