Buds 2 Pro sound quality reduced after 6 months

Is anybody else having issues with the sound on thier Samsung buds Pro 2? They used to have amazing bass, and the sound quality was amazing, but now I only hear that quality when it's set to sound canceling mode, when I turn it to off, the sound is so flat and does not have extra bass and quality is used to.

I even tired to play around with the dolby settings and it still sounds sooooo flat when I don't have the sound canceling active.... 

Samsung can you please make the buds Pro 2 sound good again?? An update seemed to mess this up.

Glad it's just not me 🧐 I'm using Buds2 Pro too. I think I'm experiencing the same situation as well. I have to use ANC + Dynamic EQ just to balance the sound, at the cost of shorter battery life 😞
Don't get me wrong, Buds2Pro is still very good, just not as satisfied as before.

Same here, honestly. I'm using Buds2 Pro and it's starting to get really annoying. I’ve already updated everything, but the sound still doesn’t feel right. I’m tired of constantly tweaking settings just to get decent quality

I'm also using the wired USB C AKG earphones, and even that has more bass than the default Buds2 Pro settings 🥴 no kidding. They used to sound very similar, but not anymore unless I use ANC on the buds. The wired one sounds the same throughout my usage.

Wired obviously sounds good but Buds is more convenient especially for my work and all

😂😂 that's you not updated your phone ,buds 2 just always updated and the bad quality is not samsung phone ,so force 16 bit 48khz or 44.1khz ,anc is close up the environment and sound robot is not samsung but other factor .

Thanks for the suggestion, but my phone is already updated. I'm currently using One UI 7.0. I’m still experiencing the sound quality issues, so it might be something else causing it

That's not your phone ,buds 2 pro need to update inside apps

And try charge it ,volume can be issue too
