The delay in delivery for buds 3 pro to consumers that paid money on the first couple of days of preorders has made all of us no longer sure we should order anything in the next preorder.
The ball has been dropped and it's a big issue. Quality control of something so small in comparison to a phone like fold just proves Samsung is going through the usual when you reach the top you become complacent in doing you jobs as if your life depends on it.
Sorry to say but the brand has been damaged regardless of what the remedy is. Preorders moving forward will no longer be something that interests me.
Let's see when they arrive and hopefully the bday gift I baught can be a Christmas present because by the way it looks with the lack of communications it will be long.
LoL what a situation you put yourself in Samsung! Even their shop app still says delivery 26th July till now and they are all not sure what is going on.
For such a big company with structure you would imagine they would at least be very attentive to their loyal customers and communication here is key. Lack of communications means they are all in a mess internally and it's not just Buds 3 Pro issue its Samsung as a whole issue.
