Buds 3 pro voice quality is not great (breaking) when connected to Windows PC for Microsoft Teams

Got mine at last on 2nd Sept from Senheng (I know a bit late, but I bought it together with my phone. Got the phone last month, and the buds this week). All in all, has been daily driving this mini device and everything is great! From the sound quality, voice clarity, adaptive and full noise cancelling, ambient mode and others.

However I faced with a tiny bit problem. When I connect it to my Windows PC (HP laptop), the voice quality suddenly dropped when I'm trying to do conference call (via Microsoft Teams). For comparison, when I connect the buds to my phone, and conference call, no issue faced and my voice is crystal clear. Tested also to record my voice using Windows voice recorder, and the quality is superb. The problem only occurs when on conference call. The other party cannot hear me very well as my voice is breaking.

I have tried with several settings like switch off the UHQ mode, but still not resolve. There is a proposal to switch off Windows LE Bluetooth but there is no such setting at my PC bluetooth. Anyone face the same issue and have found the solution?

It's just pc windows Bluetooth you need to understand .

And your apps is problem reinstall again no issue with buds

Tq for the feedback. Will try to reinstall. Agreed, no issues with the buds. Tested it at my samsung phone, no issue. The other side can even hear me clearly. Just prob with the laptop bluetooth * sigh *
