Buds+ left side volume softer than right side

I have tried to teoubleshoot by:

- unpairing

- clear cache

- pair it to other devices: iphone, lap top

- reset and restart 

Still, my buds+ (bought 2 weeks ago) is having volume imbalance. The left side is super bad sound quality and softer conpared to the right side.

Looks like product defect. I suggest you to return and replace the device to the retailer if still have warranty.
