Disappointing Pre-Order Experience with Samsung

This was my first time pre-ordering a new product from Samsung, and unfortunately, it has been a bad experience. I pre-ordered the item in July with the expectation that it would be delivered promptly, allowing me to enjoy the product as soon as possible. However, I was informed that the item would only be delivered on August 30, 2024, or later. This significant delay has greatly diminished the value of pre-ordering, completely undermining the excitement and anticipation I had when placing the order.

Pre-ordering is supposed to offer customers the benefit of receiving items as soon as they are released. However, the delayed delivery I experienced defeats this purpose entirely, causing inconvenience and frustration. To make matters worse, people can even get the product in stores earlier than pre-order customers.

Due to the inconvenience caused by the delay, I requested a 100% refund. However, I was informed that the matter would need to be discussed with management, adding further frustration to an already disappointing experience

Same here bro, all we can do is to wait, it is because of the worldwide quality control issue that Samsung facing right now not only in Malaysia it is happening worldwide as well so sad this happening but Im hoping we get the best product possible

But news said bud 3 pro having quality issues. Not buds 3. And they just delaying without notification to the buyer or any compensation. How disappointing 😞

Mine was miscommunicated that I would wait after their prompt call. But suddenly, my order was canceled, and my pre-order price was gone by requesting me to reorder with a higher price. After a few rounds chat, they said I could use 15% off, but my pre-order is 20% off. Who will want to pay a higher price after being canceled without my concern.... im switch to Apple remove samsung...

Yeah this is a bad situation all around. I got what looked like a good deal to trade in Apple devices in an attempt to make the switch. I didn’t even order a preorder item. I ordered the s24 ultra and watch 6 classic. I ordered them on 7/23 and they were supposed to deliver 7/26. They still have yet to even ship. I have spoken with customer service multiple times. Issue being I am financing them and my first payment is due and I am debating just cancelling which I will probably try to do later today. This whole thing seems fishy to me. I have had 0 updates.

they are just doing SHlT job. I ordered my watch on 14/7. Since last week I saw some ppl posted they received the exactly same model and color with mine. They ordered on 12/7 and 13/7. Now 1 week passed, my order still havent move yet. Samsung you really make me dissapointed. this is my last order from samsung. will start to go to apple moving forward.
