For sure I will claim warranty woth Samsung. Somehow, Samsung have to do something on it. The backcase shpuld be screw-in type instead of just using glue, am I right?
Haha, yea Samsung should done a better job on it, about quality control, not just your watch, I have seen many Galaxy watch Active 2 users from reddit have this kind of problem. But the back of the watch must be glue but not screw as it glass haha, only glass can monitor our health
