I have the Apple Beats Fit Pro bluetooth earbuds and a Galaxy Watch 4.

The audio used to work fine before upgrading to OneUI 6. However, now after upgrading to OneUI 6, when I try playing audio, I get no sound. The audio works fine with another bluetooth speaker I have.

I've tried making sure the volume is up, that it's not muted, that the correct output device is selected, and a variety of other things.

Other people have reported the same issue with their Galaxy Watch and OneUI 6 with AirPods Pro (note that AirPods Pro uses the same chipset as the Apple Beats Fit Pro). Examples:

Please help!

this seems to be a compatibility issue because of the One UI 6 (Wear OS 4).

the only way is to wait for future update to fix this.

please provide feedback on Support tab.

It sounds like a compatibility issue between OneUI 6 and Apple’s H1 chip (used in AirPods Pro and Beats Fit Pro). Since other users have reported similar problems, it’s likely a software bug. Here’s what you can try:

Possible Fixes:

* Forget & Re-Pair the Earbuds; Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your Galaxy Watch 4. Forget the Beats Fit Pro, then re-pair them.

* Check for Software Updates; Go to Settings > Software update on both your Galaxy Watch 4 and phone to see if Samsung has released a fix.

* Reset Beats Fit Pro; Place the earbuds in the case, leave the lid open, and hold the system button until the LED flashes red and white.

* Toggle Bluetooth Codec Settings (on phone); If using a Galaxy phone, try adjusting the Bluetooth audio codec in Developer Options. Go to Settings > About phone > Software information and tap Build number 7 times to unlock Developer Options. In Settings > Developer Options > Bluetooth Audio Codec, switch to SBC instead of AAC.

* Use a Different Bluetooth Profile; If possible, try using your Galaxy Watch 4 as a media controller instead of directly pairing the Beats Fit Pro with it.

* Check Samsung Community or Support; Since this seems to be a OneUI 6 bug, check Samsung forums or report the issue to Samsung Support for a potential fix in an upcoming update.

If the issue persists, you might need to wait for Samsung to release a patch or downgrade your Watch’s software (if possible).
