WearablesConsistently monitor your blood pressure with your Galaxy Watch by pairing it with the Samsung Health Monitor app. Using a function called pulse wave analysis, which powers the heart rate sensor, your Galaxy Watch is not only able to track heart rate but also your blood pressure. Find out how you can do this with the right equipment and a few simple steps.
Step 1. Open the Samsung Health Monitor app on your smartphone and login with your Samsung account.
Step 2. Now launch the Samsung Health Monitor app on your Galaxy Watch and go through the initial setup.
Step 3. Select the Blood Pressure option and follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate the watch.
Note:
- You need to proceed 3 times in total, and re-calibration is required after 4 weeks (28 days).
- You do not need a mobile or the Cuff blood pressure within 4 weeks after the calibration to measure the blood pressure with your watch.
- Measuring Position: Sit still and measure within 20 seconds.
