Issue with Contact Names Not Displaying on Incoming Calls on Galaxy Watch 6 Classic

Hello Samsung Community,

As a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic user, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue where contact names are not displayed on incoming calls, despite all information being correctly shown in the Contacts app. Instead of showing the caller's name, only the phone number is displayed during an incoming call, complicating call management and negatively impacting the user experience.

Is there anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, have you found any workaround or received any solution from Samsung? I'm curious to know if there has been any feedback from the Samsung Support Team regarding the cause of this issue and potential fixes.

I believe Samsung must address and resolve this issue promptly. The malfunction of such a fundamental feature as caller ID display is unacceptable. I would appreciate hearing from anyone with any updates or suggestions on resolving this issue.

Additionally, I would like to mention that my phone model is the S23 Ultra, which is paired with my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic.

My Watch 6 recently started to show Caller-ID correctly.
