Lost parcel - 4 months since

  1. Hi all,

I submitted a promo/redemption for a samsung watch5 the 30th of June 2023, as part of a S23Ultra bundle. Because Samsung ran out stock, I was granted an upgrade, a Watch6 that has been shipped the 9th of August 2023 -  tracking number showed delivery day by the 2nd of September. Pretty happy about it. 

However the parcel never arrived.

Delivery partner confirmed the parcel was lost in transit the 6th of September.

Ever since, Samsung Telco team only advice has been: "thank you for your patience, we are investing with our delivery partner".

4 months wait is a bit too much - considering plenty of stock is available at the brick physical store.

Not having a process or a procedure in place to address this kind of issues in a timely manner is ridiculous. NNobody seems to know what to do. Nobody can figure it out in over 6 weeks.

Unlucky or management negligence?

this is definitely another example of Samsung SG internal process failure.. it's very common for the past 2 years & there is certainly not going to be any improvements for the foreseeable future ..... we just have to *** it up or swith to another Brand...

Sorry to hear your parcel missing. Perhaps heading to the Samsung Outlets nearby you? If you are in Singapore, you may head to ViVo City or preferably Westgate. Hope this helps!
