The Members Diagnostics tool checks the health and status of your Galaxy devices hardware and software to ensure that everything is running smoothly. This feature is not only available for your Galaxy phone but for your wearable devices like your Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Buds too. Here are the steps to use this feature through your Samsung Members app!
Please Note:
- Ensure you have downloaded and are using the latest software version of the wearable device, Samsung Members app, Galaxy Wearable app to get the most complete diagnostic and update options.
- Self-Diagnostics is available on Galaxy Watch 4 and above.
- Self-Diagnostics is available on Galaxy Watch Buds 2 Pro and above.
Step 1. Open Samsung Members app.
Step 2. Tap on Support.
Step 3. Tap to select the wearable device you would like to perform diagnostics on from the list of connected wearable devices.
Step 4. Select the function you would like to diagnose.
