WearablesThis is unacceptable. Samsung did all the marketing to encourage preorders and collected payment and yet I am not receiving my items.
I would also like to add on that I made a call to Samsung support team yesterday, and I am disappointed with the service provided. The customer service personnel insisted that she could not provide an estimated date of delivery as it all depends on when the delivery guy picks up my orders from the warehouse. I made a call again earlier and was told the same template answer, that I just have to wait for the delivery man to email/call me. Does Samsung not have a system or schedule for the delivery provider and a deadline for the delivery of each order? All I was told was to wait indefinitely for the delivery guy to contact me when he is ready to deliver my items. Is this all you are capable of, Samsung?

WearablesPhone and watch still havent received. During pre order it says sept2 and expect deliver 1-3 business day. But til now still processing. They said delivery again within this week. They should not place delivery date if they cant comply.

WearablesI ordered mine for a self pick-up. It indicated arrival at the store on 11th Sep. It's the 15th now and there have been no news of my watch! Same thing, customer services kept telling me to wait to be contacted. The worst part was one of the CS I spoke to said "no worries, yours is self pick-up". Well obviously I know that it's self pick-up but where is it now!
