Preordered Watch 4 but Did Not Receive

I made Watch 4 preorders directly from Samsung's website when it was launched and I would like to know why I have not received any updates, and why I have yet to receive the items when the orders were supposed to be delivered within 1-3 working days from 02 Sep. I manually checked the status on "My Account" page but they have been stuck at "Preparing Dispatch". On the other hand, my father placed an order on 03 Sep, also for Watch 4 and also from Samsung's website, and has already received his watch today. I also checked out your Lazada page and I saw the reviews that other buyers have already received their watches, mostly within a couple of days.

This is unacceptable. Samsung did all the marketing to encourage preorders and collected payment and yet I am not receiving my items.

I would also like to add on that I made a call to Samsung support team yesterday, and I am disappointed with the service provided. The customer service personnel insisted that she could not provide an estimated date of delivery as it all depends on when the delivery guy picks up my orders from the warehouse. I made a call again earlier and was told the same template answer, that I just have to wait for the delivery man to email/call me. Does Samsung not have a system or schedule for the delivery provider and a deadline for the delivery of each order? All I was told was to wait indefinitely for the delivery guy to contact me when he is ready to deliver my items. Is this all you are capable of, Samsung?

By the way, I have also emailed Samsung customer support but received no response.

Phone and watch still havent received. During pre order it says sept2 and expect deliver 1-3 business day. But til now still processing. They said delivery again within this week. They should not place delivery date if they cant comply.

Hello, for me they didn't even tell me they will deliver this week, just kept telling me to wait to be contacted. Yes they shouldn't over promise, and at least update us that they are facing problems instead of radio silence.

They said this week coz i message cust service. But i doubt it will be delivered this week since almost all members here still waiting for their item also. Cust svc is useless. Preorder is useless if we cant get our phone on time.

I ordered mine for a self pick-up. It indicated arrival at the store on 11th Sep. It's the 15th now and there have been no news of my watch! Same thing, customer services kept telling me to wait to be contacted. The worst part was one of the CS I spoke to said "no worries, yours is self pick-up". Well obviously I know that it's self pick-up but where is it now!

Should have ordered from Lazada/Shopee. The free sports band is a better deal than $50 credits.

Didn't think of buying from Lazada/Shopee, learnt my lesson this time. But actually I got to use the $50 credit to buy a super fast charger that Samsung did not give when I bought my S21 Ultra 🙃
