Preordered Watch 4 but Did Not Receive

I made Watch 4 preorders directly from Samsung's website when it was launched and I would like to know why I have not received any updates, and why I have yet to receive the items when the orders were supposed to be delivered within 1-3 working days from 02 Sep. I manually checked the status on "My Account" page but they have been stuck at "Preparing Dispatch". On the other hand, my father placed an order on 03 Sep, also for Watch 4 and also from Samsung's website, and has already received his watch today. I also checked out your Lazada page and I saw the reviews that other buyers have already received their watches, mostly within a couple of days.

This is unacceptable. Samsung did all the marketing to encourage preorders and collected payment and yet I am not receiving my items.

I would also like to add on that I made a call to Samsung support team yesterday, and I am disappointed with the service provided. The customer service personnel insisted that she could not provide an estimated date of delivery as it all depends on when the delivery guy picks up my orders from the warehouse. I made a call again earlier and was told the same template answer, that I just have to wait for the delivery man to email/call me. Does Samsung not have a system or schedule for the delivery provider and a deadline for the delivery of each order? All I was told was to wait indefinitely for the delivery guy to contact me when he is ready to deliver my items. Is this all you are capable of, Samsung?

By the way, I have also emailed Samsung customer support but received no response.

May I know when can I get a confirmation of the delivery? If Samsung is experiencing a difficulty, you should at least inform us and not just keep quiet about it. That explains the rage from everyone. If you were to just notify that the delivery will be delayed, I would have **bleep** and wait.

@ChristineT do not waste your time on calling Samsung CS. They give u the answer is sop answer, they themselves also no info when the items can delivery
