Step counts from Fit 3 is not syncing to Samsung Health

The steps count on my galaxy Fit 3 reduced when I turned on the bluetooth on my S21 FE. Tried to unable the steps count on the S21 FE, but the steps count stopped and it will not be synced from the fit3. Samsung, kindly fix this.

Hi!

Could you share a video or perhaps screenshots across? This way the community can try to assist.

Another option is to contact the service personnel directly via members app > support tab.

I contacted the Samsung support representative here in the Czech Republic via chat, but the answers were evasive - so I still don't know if the manufacturer is solving this bug or not.

Translation: 'In this case, the manufacturer certainly has information about this fact, and is subsequently working on their correction. I strongly believe that the new update will help to solve these problems.'

It took me a few days to discover this error because the error is not visible unless you analyze the data in detail. However, if you also wear other watches for comparison, the difference can easily be up to 25%. Interestingly, in synthetic tests when measuring on a track outside, the accuracy of measuring steps is close to 100% accuracy. Errors arise only during synchronization, when sometimes the steps are subtracted, the synchronization gets stuck or the entire activity is not transferred to Health.

I've had the band only for 5 days, and today I started facing this same issue, steps not syncing at all with Samsung Health app. I've contacted Samsung Support through the Members app, but only expecting to just add up to more people doing the same with this annoying bug, to see if Samsung stops ignoring us.
