Wearablespersonally i don't need it, i don't even turn on power saving, i only wear Watch FE which everybody knows this thing has smol battery size. But guess what? This thing able to serve me a whole day from 80% to around 20% - 30% battery life left, with every health feature on: HR continuously, always track stress level, sleep tracking, blood oxygen, also i track my drinks (i input my food thru my phone though)
i don't mind charge my watch FE once per day, i also workout 20 mins everyday and all tracked by this little watch FE
sometimes i envy: "wow someone actually able to pull 2-3 days in a single charge on their watches", but i don't have interest to buy any new watch yet, perhaps until mine die first

WearablesIf you don't need or use a feature, you always have the option to not enable them. ☺️
There is a power saving option that lets you keep using most features while extending battery life. There is also an ultra power saving mode that turns the watch into a feature watch with a month's battery life, if you're out in a place with no access to a charger.
Google's "hybrid power saving" is just a variation of Samsung's power saving mode. Remember, Wear OS is built entirely on Samsung's old Tizen. Google needed to push power saving further as their watch had terrible battery stamina, struggling to make it through a normal day.
I get five days between charges on my GWP. With everything enabled. I don't feel like I need an additional power saving mode. 🤔
