Warranty on Pre-Order product

I understand that the warranty starts from the day we make the purchase on the website. However, sometimes we're not even able to get our product one month after we make the pre-order. I'm not sure if someone can reach out to Samsung and suggest that they extend the warranty by 1 or 2 months for these pre-order products? Especially for a product like the Samsung Buds 3 Pro, I believe some people will not even receive their earbuds 2 months after the date they order them on the website as they are having QC issues right now. Which means the valid warranty period will be less than 10 months, which is quite unfair for us who support Samsung and pre-ordered the product after its launch. I think it will be fair that the warranty period starts from the day that Samsung ship out our product.

No, I checked with Samsung twice, and they confirmed it starts from the date we place the order.

Apparently, it is always like this one. This is why I raised the concern. Hopefully, Samsung Malaysia can update this warranty policy that doesn't make sense

U got it wrong. I ordered my GWU on 11 July, and was delivered on 22 July. But when I check my warranty online, it end on 31st August 2025.

Seriously? I need to check with the Samsung support agent again. If that is the case, then it is fair. By the way, you are very lucky to get the watch so soon. I can see many people are still waiting for their watches to be dispatched

LOL, I checked with Samsung agent again, and this is their confirmation. They mentioned to me again that the warranty starts from the purchase date
