I understand that the warranty starts from the day we make the purchase on the website. However, sometimes we're not even able to get our product one month after we make the pre-order. I'm not sure if someone can reach out to Samsung and suggest that they extend the warranty by 1 or 2 months for these pre-order products? Especially for a product like the Samsung Buds 3 Pro, I believe some people will not even receive their earbuds 2 months after the date they order them on the website as they are having QC issues right now. Which means the valid warranty period will be less than 10 months, which is quite unfair for us who support Samsung and pre-ordered the product after its launch. I think it will be fair that the warranty period starts from the day that Samsung ship out our product.

Let's wait for the updates from Samsung Community Star on Monday. Perhaps Samsung did indeed give an extra warranty period for all the pre-order products, but the support team is not aware of this
