SAMSUNG needs to fix themselves in Japan

The harajuku store hasn't been able to fix my ear buds, they've tried 2 times and nothing.

I requested to get them replaced since they haven't been fixed yet and their customer support service not only refuses to do so but says that's impossible. How come if I'm still on warranty specially after having them fixed twice

I don't have the white ones, they already tried to fix them twice and the same problem on the same place happened, they should replace the product or refund me
