S pen is not working properly

S pen sometimes fails to be recognized when pulled out,

And when it does, pen's tip is not smoothly recognized

i strongly recommended to you must go to samsung official service center and check your device.. it seems to your s pen has fault

I just paid them a visit, the engineer said it maybe a software issue and a new version will be released in Mid-Oct... I have to wait and try the new version

maybe it's one of those things where one has to visit the centre numerous times to bug the **bleep** out of the engineer to get a replacement?

Visited another Service centre, engineer told me it was the Pen issue and got a replacement, works like a charm!
