갤럭시 A/J/노트I have dead pixel issue on my Galaxy note 20 ultra. I visited 2 times at the west Anyang service center.
When I visited the 1st time, it was Feb 3rd, dead pixel was only 1 on the left edge of the screen. but I vistied there again today because now the dead pixels are 5.
I got the answer from the engineers the issue caused by impact on the device due to customer's fault. Same answer from two times visit and two engineers.
So, they refused to provide warranty service.
I know that it could be possible, but there is no crack on my screen and no dent on my device anywhere.
How did they make that coclusion so easily without any evidence? They only did staring my device precisely to find any dent. but they did not find.
I saw other guys posted the same issue and I would like to ask Samsung about this issue.
"Is there any potential issue related to reliablity or quality of the LTPO?" Becuase it was the 1st LTPO adopted device of Samsung.
And please find a way to provide screen replacement service in free. My device is still under warranty period.
I wrote this post in English to be shown to the people who live in other coutries.

갤럭시 A/J/노트Suddenly, black out happened. The screen was replaced at 290K KRW. I think there is no reason to stay in android evironment. The only merit of android environment is low cost. But cost is keep higher to use android phone. And now it looks Much higher than Apple. Because life time of Apple device is 2 x longer than S. And it is really said there is no other android option in Korea. No LG, Motorolla and Google pixel. So, I decided to leave the android environment today.
