My S3 watch has been working great but has stopped auto detecting workout. When you look at Samsung settings, auto detect is greyed out. But if you turn off Bluetooth, auto detect is no longer greyed out.
Any ideas why this is so? How are you supposed to auto detect workouts with Bluetooth turned off?
Please note that when the wearable device is connected to mobile, ‘auto detect workouts’ option gets deactivated in mobile Samsung Health app since the wearable is going to detect the workouts instead of mobile.
Which means, if the wearable is connected, the mobile option does not need to be controlled, and therefore this setting in mobile Samsung Health gets deactivated.
Please check your Galaxy Watch 3 ‘Auto detects workouts’ setting via Galaxy Watch3 > Samsung Health > Settings > Activities to detect > ‘On'.
