Picture in Picture Stutters / Lags and stuck at 60hz on 2nd August update

Galaxy S21.. Hoping samsung would fix this. Netflix, youtube etc. lags whenever in picture in picture and stuck at 60hz. It totally okay on the previous updates.. Please fix immediately
