I just upgraded to an S24, and all of my pictures and videos stored on OneDrive appear as gray cloud icons. It's completely unusable. How do I fix this?
Gray cloud icons refer to photos that exist in the cloud but have not been downloaded locally. Turn off the sync of your phone, wait about 5 minutes, and turn it on. If the amount of photos is large, it takes a while to synchronize, so you should use WIFI.
