My newly installed BESPOKE fridge and ref not working properly after we transferred our food from the old fridge. Demo was done by installer, working during the demo. After 2 hours we started transferring our stocks, apparently I noticed the Freezer is not making ice.

Thanks for asking your question here! If the unit is newly installed, you just need to wait for about six (6) hours for the ice to be made. Kindly note that the first three (3) batches of ice should not be used for consumption and be thrown away to ensure that the ice maker makes ice from clean water.

If the freezer is not cooling as much as you would want it to be, you can adjust the temperature to the suggested temperature for freezers, which is about -15°C to -20°C. After adjusting the freezer's temperature, kindly monitor for six (6) hours if the freezer is now properly working. Additionally, ensure that the doors are free from obstructions, check for damages on the door gasket that may cause air leaks, and check if the food containers are blocking the air vents.
