Kindly note that the first three (3) batches of ice should not be used for consumption and be thrown away to ensure that the ice maker makes ice from clean water.
If the freezer is not cooling as much as you would want it to be, you can adjust the temperature to the suggested temperature for freezers, which is about -15°C to -20°C. After adjusting the freezer's temperature, kindly monitor for six (6) hours if the freezer is now properly working. Additionally, ensure that the doors are free from obstructions, check for damages on the door gasket that may cause air leaks, and check if the food containers are blocking the air vents.
